Return/Refund Policy

SANP will make every effort to resolve any technical issues that you encounter with the SANP service.
Paid subscribers can obtain technical support here.

Due to the nature of our service, SANP is only able to issue refunds in cases of
1)error in subscribing to the service and nonuse of service or
2)at the administration's discretion.

Refunds are deliverable only via the payment method that was used to subscribe.
Payments made offline or for bulk sales, prepaid cards, and prepaid vouchers are not refundable.
To apply for a refund please contact us with a detailed explanation.
If a refund is granted, your account will be terminated. If a refund is not granted, your account
will remain active until its expiration date and you will not be charged again.
By way of illustration and without limitation, a refund cannot not be granted for the following reasons:

1. Technical issues.

SANP does not guarantee the performance, features, compatibility, accessibility, or content of the SANP service
or any website visited through the SANP service. See our Terms of Service for complete details. If you have
discovered a bug in the SANP service, please send a bug report and we will investigate right away.


2. Automatically processed payments.

When SANP receives an automatic subscription payment, we immediately provide additional access for that account.
SANP does not issue refunds for unused subscription time.
